The Consultation

This is a one-hour, comprehensive walkthrough of the home where we meet with the homeowners and, in many cases, the agent as well. During this time, we review key areas such as updates, layout, functionality, and depersonalization, all with the goal of helping the home stand out in today’s market.
Following the consultation, we provide detailed written notes for the client. These notes act as a room-by-room guide, outlining exactly what should be addressed to prepare the home for listing. This gives homeowners clear direction and confidence as they work through the preparation process.
Agent Communication & Next Steps
After the consultation, we connect with the agent to provide an update on what we saw, what was discussed, and the recommended next steps. We believe strong communication is key to a smooth process, and by ensuring everyone is aligned, we create a more efficient and supportive experience for both the client and the agent.
Quote & Design Planning
Based on the walkthrough, we then create a customized quote tailored to the home and its needs. Once the quote is reviewed and approved, the design process begins.
This is where the transformation truly starts to take shape. Each stage is thoughtfully curated to suit the style of the home. On stage day, our team arrives and begins by carefully unloading the truck. Each item is placed in its designated room based on the design plan, allowing our stagers to work efficiently and intentionally.
From there, the home is transformed. Every detail is considered, from furniture placement to styling touches, bringing the space to life in a way that highlights its full potential and prepares it for listing photos and showings.
Ongoing Support & Destaging
Our involvement doesn’t end once the stage is complete. We stay connected with both the client and agent throughout the listing period to provide ongoing support as needed. Once the property has sold, we coordinate a destaging date and remove all items with care and minimal disruption to the home.
