STAGED WITH KARE, an award winning Staging and Decor company, was founded by Karen Nguyen in 2018.  Always having  an eye for design, Karen took the leap of faith and joined the entrepreneur world opening up the doors to one of the most successful staging companies in the region.

Karen was not always in the design world, initially her background was within Medicine.  She had obtained her Bachelors of Science at McMaster University and continued overseas to receive her Doctorate of Medicine in 2016.  It was then that she had to make some important life decisions that resulted in dropping everything she had been trained to follow and chase her dreams.  Karen went on and continued her education at Seneca College for home staging and proceeded to use what she learned, combined with her natural sense of concept and design, to give the best value to her clients while still creating beautiful spaces.

While dropping everything she had known was scary, her drive and passion made it such a natural transition.  Within the first year, STAGED WITH KARE received the  “Waterloo Record Reader’s Choice Award” for favorite Home Stager and has continued to do so each year since.  After only two years, Karen was elected as President for RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) for the KW chapter and achieved Top Ten Rising Star Home Stager of the Year in North America.

The acronym CPR has developed a new meaning for Karen.  CPR now stands for cushions, paintings and rugs, so let our team put some life into your home with her CPR skills!  With an innate ability to go into a property and be able to quickly assess and visualize ways to get full potential out of the space, you can be assured your home will get top dollar and be Staged with Kare.
